Unlike traditional hanging feeders, this design mounts securely to a 48” ground pole, allowing you to place the feeder in flower beds, garden areas, patios, or landscaping features where hummingbirds naturally gather. Once installed, the feeder stands approximately 40 inches above ground, making it easy to observe visiting birds.
The feeder uses a Turbine Mason Jar hummingbird feeder base, designed for durability, easy cleaning, and reliable nectar flow. A rubber puck mounting system allows the feeder to attach securely to the pole for a stable feeding station.

Installation
The included 48" steel ground pole installs directly into soil or garden beds, leaving approximately 40" of feeder height above ground once installed.
For best stability, install the pole 6–8 inches into firm soil.
Nectar Recipe
Hummingbirds prefer a simple nectar mixture:
• 1 part white sugar
• 4 parts water
Do not use honey, artificial sweeteners, or red dye.
Cleaning
Clean feeder regularly using warm water and a bottle brush.
For best results during hot weather, clean and refill nectar every 3–5 days.
Ant Protection
This feeder includes an ant moat with rubber stopper that creates a water barrier to prevent ants from reaching the nectar.
Simply fill the moat with water before hanging the feeder.
